Customer Activity Administrator
Join the tribe as their new Customer Activity Administrator. You’ll be the first point of call for all customers visiting the site and will be there to ensure the highest level of activity delivery throughout the operational day. You’ll be checking customers in, selling merchandise, responsible for the recording of site checks and radio logs and you will work closely with the Site/Duty Manager daily. The role will require you to demonstrate a high standard of communication skills, have an excellent understanding of IT systems and experience of various operating systems. As Customer Activity Administrator you will need to show high levels of enthusiasm in customer care to give the customer an experience to remember, every time they visit.
